What are your booking and payment policies?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your project. Your remaining balance will be due after the final proof has been sent. Once received, delivery of finalized design files and/or website launch occurs.

I accept payment in the form of check cash, cashapp, and Quickpay with Zelle.

How soon can you start on my project?

Project start time depends on how soon the 50% deposit is made, my schedule (due to client demand), and the projected due date that you list in the inquiry form. Please keep in mind to inquiry about all projects in a decent time frame to allow for the design process, review and edits.

How will we communicate?

Email is the preffered and primary method of communication for documentation purposes. If you would like to chat or call those can be requested and scheduled, if you are working with a partner it is required that both of you are present for the chat. TN Designs is not responsible for any information that client does not remember during requested chat conversations.

I'm far from tech savvy, how do I go about updates to my website?

You will receive two weeks of complimentary support for your new website. I also offer training sessions for your new site that you can book with me :)

If you feel uncomfortable making any changes on your own, you are more than welcome to reach out to me with a maintenance request. Pricing will vary based on the request.

Do you handle print jobs for projects?

It is completely optional, but YES, I can use my resource of vendors to make beautiful prints for your project! I'll be happy to provide you with a custom quote based on your printing needs.

What if I am not satisfied with the results?

The design process that we go through is tailored to meet client's needs and wants for their project to ensure they are thrilled with the outcome. After the process, revisions, and feeback, if you are still not happy with the outcome you will not be required to pay the remainder of the balance, unless the final design has been sent (deposits are non-refundable, please refer to terms and conditions for more information). Any additional concepts or work done beyond the original scope will be billed in the final invoice.

What format will I receive my logo in?

Logos will be sent in png and jpeg format, for PDF or other formats please request upon inquiry. Raw files (PSD or AI) can be sent for an additional fee. *Please be advised raw files are an additional fee.

Will I be able to edit social media templates myself?

Yes! You can edit templates using any Adobe Suite or on your smart phone (iphones) using text features. *We are able to edit templates for clients who do not have access to Adobe for $10


During this stage you tell me briefly about your project and the vision you have in mind for your brand. Ask me any questions you feel necessary, and submit any inspiration photos if desired.


I take all of your provided content and inspiration and put it all together, creativity and designing meet!


We will determine what services are best fit for your project, and you will secure your spot by submitting an electronic contract and a non-refundable deposit.


I pride myself on making you, the client, happy - this is where any needed edits are made to the design.
